BASES is a small agency comprised of Behaviour Analysts based in Perth, Western Australia. We serve people with developmental disabilities and their families by providing the most effective and efficient behaviour-analytic interventions available.

Dr. Max Jones is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA-D) with over 25 years of experience in behavioural psychology, research, and teaching Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

He has held esteemed positions at institutions such as:

• University of Auckland – Inaugural Director of the Postgraduate ABA Programme
• University of Massachusetts Medical School – Autism research funded by NIH grants
• New England Center for Children (USA) – Conducting ABA research
• Curtin University (Perth) – Senior Lecturer in Psychology & Speech Pathology

Dr. Jones is an active researcher, reviewer, and editorial board member for ABA journals. He transitioned to full-time clinical practice in 2014 and, as a father to a child with ASD, brings both professional expertise and personal experience to his work.
